Since inception in 1997, the TeknoSeed funds have been leading provider of early stage venture capital in southern Sweden. As a leading investor, we support our portfolio companies and help them to achieve success.

Our business concept is based on becoming a partner early on in companies with good potential for development and the aim is simple. When we become a partner, we do it to increase the value of the company and to eventually enable a successful exit through a trade sale or an initial public offering on a stock exchange.

Teknoseed Portfolio Management AB (TPM) advises the funds Teknoseed I AB  and Teknoseed II KB and is 70% owned by the employees and 30% owned by Innovationsbron AB (http://www.innovationsbron.se/). 

Innovationsbron AB is sole investor in TeknoSeed I AB. Limited partners in TeknoSeed II KB are Länsförsäkringar Skåne,  Sparbanken Finn, IKANO, Ideonfonden and Innovationsbron.
